Giving back to the local communities we serve is very important to Metro Productions. In January, Metro was asked to support the American Heart Association (AHA) Richmond chapter. Over the past three months, Producer Tricia Dewey worked with the chapter to interview heart attack survivor Mitchell Harrison and his family, friends and doctors. Mitchell's girlfriend, Gretchen, saved his life with CPR, taught by the American Heart Association.
The video premiered during the 2015 Richmond Heart Ball on April 18, 2015 to show donors how their fundraising dollars support life-saving efforts such as research, education, and advocating for better health.
The AHA Heart Ball is a nationwide event that celebrates the organization's mission to build healthy lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
